My name is Przemyslaw Cybulski - im a person in Pacific Sun EU responsible for R&D Team and sales to Central and East Europe.
Firstly - I want to apologise Vladimir for his long waiting for the order - its wasnt our goal - or our Reseller - Alexander (Neomarin) - to delay it - and I think that there are few misunderstanding between Vladimir, Neomarin - and our company.
I will try to explain everything in points:
1) In our offer there are few diffrent product lines. We have only two kind of painintg(colours) - white - and antracit(like black). Some of product arent avalaible in other colour like White(pearl white).
For example - all products coming from newest XM/Hyperion/Triton line come ONLY in white painting. We never sold them before in atracit covers, we never also informed that its possible to manufacture them in black. So - I think that there was misunderstanding about lamp colour - Triton coudnt be delivered by Neomarin to Vladimir in black - because this colour not exist in that product line.
But - because we want to satisfy you Vladimir - we will produce special version of that model - in Antracit cover - and you will get this housing from your Reseller for free - this will be manufactured within 30 days - and lamp will be delivered to you with next shipment to Russia.
2) You reported problems with not working lamp. This problem which you reported(Bootloader ready) can happen only when:
a) you are too far away from the lamp when you ar etrying to do a firmware upgrade. We inform in manual/on our website also - that during this process lamp should be extremally close to computer - a specially, when computer have internal bluetooth module(they are almost all cheap and weak - without proper SPP(Serial Port Profile support). They work perfectly with wireless headphones or mouse - but not with SPP devices..
b) using internal weak bluetooth - we suggest to buy external USB bluetooth - it will have better/stronger signal - and similar problem shoudnt exist.
This problem with "Bootloader ready" can accur ONLY when firmware upgrade process is not made properly.
Now - Vladimir, you have to do a hardware reset (I have sent you mail with manual how to do it).
Please use PC computer with external USB module - to fix it.
About our lamps - Im little suprised that somebode tell that they are made/painter in garrage etc. Its not true. We have one of newest production line for electronic part assembly - and our production line for housing/covers use plasma/laser cutting machines - very new in that technologu(produced AFTER 2004 year).
About packaging - because our lamps are heavy(they are not made from plastic like some others) - we are trying to pack it as best its possible. We have special foams - and lamps are packed to paper boxes. Much more important for us is delivering lamp to customer NOT DAMAGED - than in beauty package - but damaged... Of course - its not mean that we are using worst packaging - but sometimes, in transport - some of packages are damaged /dirty etc. Its not depend from us/Reseller etc. Sometimes shipping companies dont take care about parcels - they are looking like after playing an footlball - so - tHE MOST IMPORTANT - is lamp proper and safe packaging - that box with nice print, isnt true?
About Reselling - now we have one Reseller in Russia - Neomarin - he will be supported by us for all electronic parts(if anything will be needed) - so our lamps, if something wrong will occur - will not have to be sent back to us.
We will nto sale lamp directly to Russia customers - only via Resellers.
On the end - I want to apologise again for your long waiting Vladimir - I think that this delay is caused by big shipment to Neomarin - its normal situation, that Reseller try to collect some orders before first shipment. Im sure that it will be done much faster in the future - and similar situation will not happen again. But we wasnt proceed this orders so long - it was normal production time - and some days delayed by customs - thats all.
On the last - as I said - you will get antracit cover for your lamp - so you dont have to worry about that.
